Welcome to Goo World. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Goo World website and online store, including all related content, features, products, services, and functionality (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Services

However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, and settings.

Because Goo World produces clothing in small batches, product availability may be limited. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or modify product details at any time.

We do not guarantee that every product displayed on our website will remain available.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your cart.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Your order is considered accepted when we send you an order confirmation.

If we need to cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with your order.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and may instead be subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and meet the other requirements described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Products specifically designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Goo World uses Shopify to operate and provide our online store and checkout services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Goo World. Shopify is not the seller or merchant of record for products purchased from Goo World.

Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell, our fulfillment obligations, our return or refund policies, or disputes arising from purchases made through our store.
